How do I install Stagelog on my phone?

Open app.stagelog.net in your mobile browser. On iOS, tap Share → "Add to Home Screen". On Android, tap the install banner or Menu → "Install app".

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Contact support@stagelog.net and we'll reset it for you. Self-service password reset is coming soon.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing in the app and click "Cancel subscription". You keep Pro features through the end of your current billing period.

Can I export my data?

Pro users can export calls, earnings, and write-offs to CSV from the Settings page. Free users can request a data export by emailing support.

Is Stagelog only for IATSE members?

No. Stagelog works for any stagehand — IATSE, non-union, or mixed. The union rate features are optional and support multiple locals.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Nothing. Your data stays exactly as it is. You just lose access to Pro features (tax tools, AI, exports) until you resubscribe. No data is ever deleted on downgrade.

How do referrals work?

Generate an invite link in the app and share it. When someone signs up and makes their first purchase, you earn a free month of Pro. There's no limit on referrals.
